The City Council hereby finds that this ordinance implemens the following VisionalGoalsmolidos and Actions of the Georgetown 2030 Comprehensive Plan, Land Use Element Plan: Policies and Actions: I.A. Encourage a balanced mix of residential, commercial and employment uses at varying densities and intensities, to reflecta gradual transition from urban to suburban to rural development, Policies and Actions IAI Adjust zoning provisions to provide greater flexibility for mixed -uses, multiple housing types, compact development, and redevelopment. and further finds that the enactment of this Ordinance is not inconsistent or in conflict with anv other policies of the Georgetown 2030 Compreherwive Plan 6 etion2. The Zoning Map of the City, as well as the Zoning Distridforthe Property shall be and the same k hereby changed been RS, Residential Single-Pad'v to CN, Neighborhood Commercial, in accordance with Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, is hereby adopted by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, subject to the following conditions: Neither structure is allowed to be demolished or relocated. No use other than a Bed & Breakfast establishment is allowed on either property, There shall be a resident manager living on the property, to maintain the primary residential use of the property. The structures shall not be remodeled, either interior or exterior, to change the primary residential nature of the structures, i.e. maintain the resident manager living quarters including a kitchen,bedmom, bath, living room, etc. There shall be no individual kitchens provided for any of the guest rooms. Secdon3. All ordinances and resolutions, or parts of ordinances and resolutions, in conflict with this Ordinance am hereby repealed, and are no longer of any force and effect.
