TEXAS, F^R TI-?-^ y_r,,AR. 1�915 i BE IT ORDAINED BY THM CITY COUNCIL OF TH]01 CITY OF, `T7ORGETO'?qTi, TEXAS: Section 1: That to meet the current expenses of the City of George town, Texas, and to carry on the City Government of said City for the year of 1915, there is here and now levied and shall be collected an annual ad valorem tax of twenty-five cents on the $100.00 assessed valuation for the year of 1915, of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown,Texa1.s, not exempt from taxation by the Constitu- tion and Laws of the State of Texas, Section 2: Thrt to work, grade and improve the streets of the City of ueorge town, Texas, for the year of 1915, there is here and now levied and shall be, collected an annual ad valor- em tax of fifteen cents on the $100.00 assessed valuation for the year of 1915, of all real and personal propert-y and es- tate in the City of Georgetown,Texas, not exempt from taxa- tion by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas. Section 3: That for the support and maintenance of the Public Free Schools in the City of Georgetotim,Texns, for the year of 1915, and as determined according to law by an election here- tofore held in said City for said nurpose,there is here and now levied and small be collected an annual ad valorem tax c-,f forty cents on the $100.00 assessed valuation for the year of 1915, ,of all real and personal _property and estate in the City of 'eorgetown, Tex? s, not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas, and the amount of taxes collected as provided for in this Section -shall con- stitute a separate fund and shall be used for no other pur- pose than as herein specified.
