thorizing the issuanoe of refunding school bonds for the purpose of rais
ing $14,000.00 to be used in redeeming certain bonds known as school
building bonds of the City of Geor13etown, Texas, dated July 16, 1894.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Georgetown, Texas, that an or
dinance passed by said Council on Sept. 11th, 1905, and entitled "An or
dinance authorizing the issuance of refunding school bonds of the City
of Georgetown, Texas, for the purpose of raising $14,000.00 to be used
in redeeming the debt now due by the City of Georgetown to the holders
ot certain bonds known as school building bonds of said City, dated July
16, 1894, and providing a fund to pay the interest and creating a sink
ing fund to redeem said bonds, and levying a tax therefor" be and the
same �s hereby repealed.
Passed and Approved, this 13th day of Nov., 1905.
