Be It Ordained by -the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas : - Sec.l. That to meet the current expenses of the City of Georgetown, Texas,and to carry on the City Government of said City for the year of 1910,there is here and now levied and shall be collected an annual ad valorem tax of Twenty-five cents on the $100.00 assessed valuation for the year of 1910 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetovm,Texas,not exempt from taxation by the Coiistltu- tion- and Laws of the P.Aate of Texas. See.,-. That to work grade and improve the streets of the City of Georgetown,Texas,for the year 1910,there is here and now levied and shall be collected an annual ad valorem tax of Fifteen cents on the 9100.00 assessed valuation for the ,year 1310 of all real and per - conal property and estate in the City of Georgetown,Texas,not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and Laws of the Gtate of Texas.- Sec.3. That for the support and maintenance of the Public Free School in the City of Georgetown,Texas,for the year 191C,and as de- termined according to law by an election heretofore held in said City for said purpose,there is here and now levied and shall be collected an annual ad Valorem tax of Twenty-five cents on the $100.00 assess©d valuation for the ,year 1910 of all real and personal property and aa* estate in the City of Georgetown,Texas,not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas,and the amount of taxes collected as provided for in this section shall constitute a separate fund and shall be used for no other purpose than as herein specified. Sec.4. That to pay the interest and create a sinking fund too meet the 114,000.00 in the bonds of this City known as the "City of Georgetown Refunding School House Bonds" as evidenced by 14 $1000.00 unpaid bonds,issued for the purpose of refunding,canceling and in lieu of certain bonds known as "Public School Building Bonds" as shown by ordinance of this City passed and approved on Nov.15th,1905,such or- dinance being Sections 117 to 129,inclusive,of The Revised Civil and Criminal Ordinances of the City of Georgetown.Texas,and as provided in said ordinance,there is here and now levied and shall be collected for the year 1910 an annual ad valorem tax of Fight cents on the 4100.00 assessed valuation for the year 1910 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown,Texas,not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas,and the amount of taxes collected under the provisions of this Section shall constitute a special fund and shall be used for no other purpose than that herein specified.
