Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas: That an alection be and is hereby ordered to be held in and for the said City, 'by the qualified tax paying voters of the raid City, on the 25th day of hilarch, A. D. 1.922, after the giving of clue and proper notices in the manner and form rescribedby lave, I tpr- m.ine vibether or not there shall be issued pay the said City, bon s in the sum of Ten Thousand(010,000.00)DOLLARS, for the purpose of pur- chasing and improving parks in the said City; the said bonds to be due forty years from the date of the issuance thereof, and be redeemable on and after ten years from the elate of the issuance thereof, and to bear intere-A from the issuance thereof a,t the rate of five per centLun per anrium payable semi-annually, as it accrues, as represented by cou- pons, the said coupons to bear interest after maturity thereof, at the same rate of interest; and to authorize the levy and collection of the necessary taxes to pay interest and sinking fund on said bonds; the said bonds are to be known as the "City of Georgetown Park Bonds." That persons voting at the said election for the issue of the said bonds shall have viritten or printed on their ballots : "FOR `l''iIE I 'SUI{a OF BOTZDS", and that all persons voting at the said election against the issue of the said bonds shall have writter, or printed on their ballots: "AGAINST TIM, ISSUE OF BONDS." G. 1JLcDonald are hereby named, constituted and appointed judges to hold the said election, and are directed to ap- point and name all of the necessary clerks and assistants. That the said election shall, be held at the City mall Building, and shall be held in the manner and form prescribed by law, for the holding of such elections.
