AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE EX ,,'.TINATION AND IlVTSP3_`CTION OF S _TCH ARTICLES
AND PLACES ' U3RE M)kNUFACTURED, PREPARED AND SOLD: AND .PROVIDED
FOR THE ISSUANCE OF PEIMAITS FOR THE MANUFACTURE, PREPARATION
AND SALE OF SUCH ARTICLES AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOL-
ATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas:
That Section 4. of the said ordinance set out and
described in the caption hereof, be and the same is hereby
amended, so that the same shall hereafter read as follows:
"Every person, firm or corporation engaged in the
occupation or business of selling milk within the City of
Geor*#etown, Texas, shall before engaging in the said occupation
or business and each and every year thereafter while so engaged
in the said business, obtain and take out the permit provided
for in Sections 5 and 6 hereof. Provided however, that a per-
son keeping not more than two Goes, and milking same for the use
of himself and family, and selling the excess or surplus, shall
not be deemed and considered to be engaged in the occupation
or business of selling milk."
That a=:_l ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict here,rith, are hereby repealed.
