OF GEORGETOWN9 TEAS TO ENTER INTO A UTILITY
JOINT USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GECFG5:
TOWN AND THE STATS DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS., The State Department of Highways and Public
Transportation will in the near future lot a contract
for the construction of FM.2338 within the City Limits
of The City of Georgetown., Texas; and
WHEREAS,v there will be certain City Utilities located
within the Right-Of-Way-of the above mentioned project
that will need to be adjusted; therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Georgetown# Texasq authorized the Mayor to execute a
Utility Joint Use Agreement between the City of
Georgetown and The State Department of Highways and
Public Transportation,
PASSED AND APPROVED this 18th, day of kagustp 1978
