The Georgetown Water Utility Advisory Board met on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 2:00 PM at West Side
Service Center, 5501 Williams Drive.
The City of Georgetown is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you

This is a Georgetown Water Utility Advisory Board meeting scheduled every second Thursday of the
month.
The following Members were in attendance:
Present were: Stuart Garner, Michael G. Morrison, Steve Fought, Tina Geiselbrecht, Ron Garland
Public Wishing to Address the Board
On a subject that is posted on this agenda: Please fill out a speaker registration form which can be found on the
table at the entrance to the meeting room. Clearly print your name and the letter of the item on which you wish
to speak and present it to the Board Liaison prior to the start of the meeting. You will be called forward to speak
when the Board considers that item. Only persons who have delivered the speaker form prior to the meeting
being called to order may speak. Speakers will be allowed up to three minutes to speak. If you wish to speak for
six minutes, it is permissible to use another requestor's granted time to speak. No more than six minutes for a
speaker may be granted. The requestor granting time to another speaker must also submit a form and be present
at the meeting.
On a subject not posted on the agenda: A request must be received by the Advisory Board or Commission Liaisor
prior to the day the agenda for this meeting is posted. Each speaker will be given three minutes to address the
Board or Commission members. No action can be taken.

Vice Chair Garner called meeting to order at 2:01 p.m.

Introduction of Board Members, Staff Members, and Visitors -- Wesley Wright, P.E.,
Systems Engineering Director
Wright led introduction. No action required.
1.0 Updates from Directors
The Directors' Report will be presented at this meeting. The Directors' Report and CIP
updates are attached. Any updates will be highlighted at the meeting. -- Wesley Wright,
P.E., System Engineering Director
Customer Care update given by Pospisil on behalf of Hernandez, who was not present.
Parras provided the Finance update. Graf presented the Water Operations update.
Cassidy shared the Regulatory update for the Water Department. Wright and Pousson
reviewed CIP updates.

Review and possible action to approve the minutes from the May 11, 2023 meeting, of
the Georgetown Water Utility Advisory Board -- Deniece Villela, Board Liaison
Moved by Michael G. Morrison; seconded by Stuart Garner to Approve.

Executive Session
