acknowledges and certifies that he or she was duly and sufficiently notified officially and
personally, in advance, of the time, place and purpose of the Special Meeting of the City Council
which was held at a regular meeting place of the City on August 15, 2023 for the purpose outlined
in the
RESOLUTION CALLING A BOND ELECTION FOR NOVEMBER 7, 2023; MAKING
PROVISIONS FOR CONDUCTING THE ELECTION; AND RESOLVING OTHER
MATTERS RELATED TO SUCH ELECTION
and that he or she consented, in advance, to the holding of the Special Meeting for such purposes.
