BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS THAT:
All official City of Georgetown Boards, Committees and
Commissions observe and adopt into the following rules for
attendance and voting:
Voting. Majority vote. Quorum present.
Attendance Requirements. A member who, except in the
case of illness or extenuating circumstances as
determined by the Committee, Commission or Board,
misses three (3) consecutive meetings or misses
one-third (1/3) of al,l regular meetings in a
twelve-month period shill be removed from such
Committee, Commission or Board. c�?_4
