Doering, ,Mayor of thea City of Georgetown, Texas, do hereby certify the following to.he a true and,correct copy of a resolution formally adopted by the members of the City Council of Georgetown,,.Texas, at'a meeting of said Council held on the 9th dad of Dccsex ��.r 1984: "WHEREAS, the ; City Council of the City of , Georgetown, „ Texas, has been advised that Senate Pill No. 33, passed by the Special Session of the Texas Legislature In 2984, authorizes the creation of a Road Utility Districts and w11EREAS , Senate till No. 33 requires that preliminary pans fear the road to be constructed by , the L proposed Road Utility District must he submitted to the governmental entity to which the road will, be conveyed, in I this case WIlIiamson County; and •r,t11'RC:AS, Sonatet Bill No.µ 33 further provides that if any portkon of the proposed road is located in the extra territorial jurisdiction of a City the preliminary plans must be al,proved in writing by theL City through whose extra territorial jurisdiction the road passes, in this case the City of Georgetown; and { „ WHEREAS, Senate; gill.
