I,. Carl J. Doering, ,Mayor of thea City of Georgetown,
Texas, do hereby certify the following to.he a true and,correct
copy of a resolution formally adopted by the members of the
City Council of Georgetown,,.Texas, at'a meeting of said Council
held on the 9th dad of Dccsex ��.r 1984:
"WHEREAS, the ; City Council of the City of , Georgetown, „
Texas, has been advised that Senate Pill No. 33, passed by the
Special Session of the Texas Legislature In 2984, authorizes
the creation of a Road Utility Districts and
w11EREAS , Senate till No. 33 requires that preliminary
pans fear the road to be constructed by , the L proposed Road
Utility District must he submitted to the governmental entity
to which the road will, be conveyed, in I this case WIlIiamson
County; and
•r,t11'RC:AS, Sonatet Bill No.µ 33 further provides that if any
portkon of the proposed road is located in the extra
territorial jurisdiction of a City the preliminary plans must
be al,proved in writing by theL City through whose extra
territorial jurisdiction the road passes, in this case the City
of Georgetown; and

WHEREAS, Senate; gill. No. 33 also requires that the
spec:^raring developer of the proposed Road Utility Distriet'must
agree, in„writing Ftp comply, with the requirements of the City
for acquisition and improvement of the road in
the places that it passes through -the City's extra territorial,
jurisdiction.
THERi;E'CiRE, BE IT RRSOLVFD, that the City Council` 'of the
City oS C:eo&-getown, Texas, dues hereby approve the preliminary'
i,lacis of the proposed South Georgetown Loop, portions o€ which
wi:l tie located in, the extraterritorial`jurisdiction of the
City of Gcorgetown, as. being in compliance with the
regvirements of the City of Georgetown. A copy of the
preliminary plans are attached hereto as Exhibit "A In
addition, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas,
does heteily accept, the written statement of the sponsoting
.develoj,er of the road, MaLbert G. Noore, Jr., stating that lie
will C'on)p1y wfth the requirements of the City of Georgetown for
the const"ruction, acy+tisition, and development of the toad
where it passes through the extra territorial jurisdiction of
the City of Georgetown.
