The Georgetown City Council met on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Georgetown Public
Library, 402 W 8th Street Hewlett Room Georgetown, TX 78626.

This is a special meeting to discuss Downtown Master Plan Update.

and discussion regarding the Downtown Georgetown Master Plan Update -- Laurie Brewer,
Assistant City Manager
Councilmembers Schroeder, Parr, Hood, Triggs, Garland, and French were in attendance.
Councilmembers Pitts and Stewart were absent.
The following staff members were in attendance: David Morgan, City Manager; Laurie
Brewer, Assistant City Manager; Nick Woolery, Assistant City Manager; Sofia Nelson,
Planning Director; Kim Mcauliffe, Downtown and Tourism Director; Jessica Clarke,
Assistant to the City Manager; Maddison O'Kelley, Preservation & Redevelopment
Program Manager; Danella Elliott, Executive Assistant; Austin Madison, Senior IT Support
Specialist; and Robyn Densmore, City Secretary.
Mayor Schroeder called the meeting to order at 11:16 a.m.
Chris Geddes, Nick Wester, Claire Hempel, and Eric Krohngold with Design Workshop
were in attendance and presented to the Council. The presentation reviewed the
following: process, schedule, vision, opportunities, Menti Meter polls, and case studies
ideas.
There was a break to allow attendees to get lunch from 11:40 to 11:47 a.m. The
presentation finished at 12:42 p.m. and the walking tour began at 12:55 p.m.
Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 2:18 p.m.
No formal action was taken at this meeting.
