Tuesday, April 19, 2022
The Georgetown City Council met on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 5:30 PM at the Georgetown
Municipal Complex, 300-1 Industrial Ave., Williamson Conference Room, Georgetown, Texas.
The City of Georgetown is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act

Mayor Schroeder called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. The following Council Members were
in attendance: Mayor Josh Schroeder; Shawn Hood, Amanda Parr, Council Member District 1;
Council Member District 2; Mike Triggs, Council Member District 3; Steve Fought, Council
Member District 4; Kevin Pitts, Council Member District 5; and Jake French, Council Member
District 6. Tommy Gonzalez, Council Member District 7 was absent. A quorum of Council
Members was present in Council Chambers and a roll call was performed.
Legislative Regular Session
(This Regular session may, at any time, be recessed to convene an Executive Session for any
purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551.)
A. The City Council will meet to perform their annual evaluations of the City Manager and
Municipal Judge.
Mayor Schroeder recessed into Executive Session at 5:32 p.m.
Executive Session
In compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Government Code, Vernon's Texas
Codes, Annotated, the items listed below will be discussed in closed session and are subject to
action in the regular session.
B. Sec. 551.074: Personnel Matters
- City Manager and Municipal Judge
Adjournment
Mayor Schroeder recessed out of executive session and adjourned the meeting at 6:17 p.m.
No actions were taken out of Executive Session.
