A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF
LOT 46, BLOCK D, OF THE GEORGETOWN VILLAGE
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT SECTION NINE, PHASE
EIGHT SUBDIVISION, FROM BB & CB INVESTMENTS, LLC,
FOR INCLUSION IN THE GEORGETOWN VILLAGE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, BB & CB Investments, LLC ("BB & CB") owns a 2.1885-acre tract
of land in the William Roberts Survey, Abstract 524, being Lot 46, Block D, of the
Georgetown Village Planned Unit Development Section Nine, Phase Eight Subdivision
(the "Property"), located as shown in Exhibit A attached hereto, for use as a water quality,
storm sewer, public utility easement, and landscape easement lot; and
WHEREAS, BB & CB is completing its development within Georgetown Village
and wishes to donate the Property to the City for inclusion in the Georgetown Village
Public Improvement District maintenance program by a warranty deed substantially
similar to that document attached hereto as Exhibit B; and
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown finds it to be in the best interest of the public
to accept the Property in order to be maintained by the Georgetown Village Public
Improvement District maintenance program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION_1. The facts and recitations contained in the preamble of this resolution
are hereby found and declared to be true and correct and are incorporated by reference
herein and expressly made a part hereof, as if copied verbatim.
SECTION 2. Upon the Property passing an inspection by City staff, the City
Manager is hereby authorized to any document(s) necessary to complete the conveyance
of the Property described herein to the City.
SECTION 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign this Resolution and the City
Secretary to attest. This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption and
execution by the Mayor.

William Roberts Survey, Abstract 524, being more particularly described as Lot 46, Block
D of the Georgetown Village Planned Unit Development Section Nine, Phase Eight
Subdivision, according to a plat thereof recorded in Document No. 2014078318 of the
Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas.
RESERVATIONS FROM AND EXCEPTIONS TO CONVEYANCE AND
WARRANTY:
This conveyance is made, delivered and accepted subject to any and all easements,
covenants, leases, rights -of -way, conditions, restrictions, outstanding mineral interests and
royalty interests, if any, relating to the Property, to the extent, and only to the extent, that
the same may still be in force and effect, and either shown of record in the office of the
County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas.
Grantor, for the consideration and subject to the Reservations From and Exceptions
to Conveyance and Warranty, GRANTS, SELLS, and CONVEYS to Grantee the Property,
together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any way belonging,
to have and hold it to Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns forever. Grantor binds
Grantor and Grantor's heirs, successors and assigns to warrant and forever defend all and
singular the Property to Grantee and Grantee's heirs, successors, and assigns against every
