RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION OF . THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE Cl TY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS, APPROVING THE EXECUTION AND DEDICATION OF CERTAIN
PLATS OF TRACTS OF LAND WITHIN THE SOUTH SAN GABRIEL URBAN
RENEWAL PROJECT, TEX R-402, AND
ACTIONS OF THE MAYOR AND CITY
AND DEDICATION.
RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING THE
SECRETARY IN SUCH EXECUTION
WHEREAS, W. L. Wa Iden, presently the City Secretary of the City of Georgetown,
Williamson County, Texas, has certified to the City Council of such City that he has person-
ally examined the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, with regard to certain plats
of tracts of land located within the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Project, Tex R-102,
and has duly noted the approval of the (then) Mayor and (then ) City Secretary as set forth
on such recorded plats, a copy of which certification is attached hereto marked Exhibit
A" and made a part hereof for all pertinent purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary and advisable to approve such plats
in a Resolution separate from that which appears on each recorded plat, and to ratify and
confirm the actions of the (then) Mayor and (then) City Secretary in the execuation and
dedication thereof; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS:
That the plats of such tracts located within the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal
Project, Tex R-102, and set forth in Exhibit "B" hereto attached, be and the some are hereby
approved; and be it further"
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS:
That the actions of the (then) Mayor and the (then) City Secretary of the City of
Georgetown, Texas, in the execution and dedicatiorr of such plats of such tracts of land
within the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Project, Tex R-102, as set forth in the attached
Exhibit "B", be and they are hereby in all things ratified and confirmed.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 31 th day of October, 1974.

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared W. L. Walden, known
to me to be a credible person, who after being by me duly sworn, upon his oath, did depose and
say:
My name is W. L. Walden, and I am presently the City Secretary of the City of Georgetown,
Williamson County, Texas.
I have examined the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, with regard to certain plats
of tracts of land situated within the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Prlject, Tex R-102, and
specifically set forth in Exhibit "B" hereto attached, and I hereby certify that I have duly
noted on such plats, the approval of the (then) Mayor and the (then) City Secretary, acting
for and on behalf of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and that such approval
is set forth on each and every one of such plats as set forth in Exhibit "B" hereto attached.
WITNESS BY HAND at Georgetown, Texas, this the 14th day of October, 1974, together
with the official seal of such City.
