ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO GIVE
PUBLIC NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1. On the h_ day of , 197' , at
o'clock in the City Council Chamber of the City Hall of the City of_Georgetown,
Texas, the City Council will hold a public hearing giving all interested persons
the right to appear and tie heard on the proposed annexation by the City of
Georgetown, Texas, of the following described -property, to -wit:
All of Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 3; all pf Lots, 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 4; and all of Lot 7 and the South 105
feet of Lot 6, in Block 2, of the Subdivision as'shown on Plat
of Highland Park, Revised, Vol. 3, Page 63, and all streets in
said subdivision that presently lie outside the City Limits.
The above described property to be zoned "Industrial".
Section 2. The Mayor of the City of Georgetown, Texas, is hereby autho-
rized and directed to cause notice of such public hearing to be published once
in a newspaper having general circulation in the City and in the above described
territory not more than twenty days nor less than ten days prior to the date of
such public hearing, all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation Act
Chapter 160, Acts of the 58th Legislature, Regular Session, 1963; compiled
as 970a, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes.)
