GEORGETOWN HOUSING REHABILITATION COMMITTEE
JULY 22, 1991

Members Absent: Jean Jackson
Meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. Minutes from the June loth meeting
were approved as read. There were no citizens wishing to address the
committee.
The committee discussed holding a Neighborhood Informational meeting to
answer questions about the grant and help applicants complete paperwork. It
was decided that Brad would set up the meeting for next Tuesday, July 30.
Dionisio and Diana said they would attend.
Brad discussed the application and bid process and reported that he hopes to
have the first applicants approved by the first week in September. This would
mean the bids could be solicited in September with work beginning on some
homes as early as mid October. There have been about 12 applications picked
up to date.
It was decided the next regular meeting would be Sept 4th at 7:00 pm. At that
meeting the committee could consider for approval the first set of
applications. Charles suggested that the City"s building official attend that
meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 pm.
