Georgetown Housing Rehabilitation Committee
September 11, 1991

Meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm. Minutes from July 22, 1991 were read
by Diana Hill and approved unanimously. There were no citizens wishing to
address the HRC.
Brad discussed the status of the housing rehabilitation project explaining
that the City is currently waiting on approval from the State to proceed with
construction projects. He noted; that this would slow down completion of the
program somewhat, but was confident that it would still be finished in less
than the originally planned two years. Nat suggested that a letter be sent to
applicants explaining the delay and Brad agreed to do that, noting that he had
already planned to as soon as they were approved by the HRC.
Next the committee considered approval of 8 applicants based on individual
qualifications. They approved aL 2 and instructed Brad to notify the
applicants. The applicants approved are as follows, by Case number;
and I'
it was suggested that, the next regular meetLng be scheduled when the
construction contractor(s) had been agreed upon. The commit-ee agreed -,o
this.
