The Georgetown City Council will meet on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 2:30 PM at the Council Chambers, 510 W 91'
Street, Georgetown, Texas.

Call to Order — A Special Meeting of the City Council
Mayor Ross called the meeting to order at 2:32 PM. Councilmembers were in attendance. Mayor Dale Ross; Anna Eby,
Councilmember District 1; Valerie Nicholson, Councilmember District 2; Mike Triggs, Councilmember District 3; Steve Fought,
Councilmember District 4; Kevin Pitts, Councilmember District 5; and Rachael Jonrowe, Councilmember District 6.
Tommy Gonzalez, Councilmember District 7 was absent. Anna Eby, Councilmember District 1 arrived at 2:33 p.m. during Item
A.
Legislative Regular Session
A. First Public Hearing for the voluntary annexation of an approximate 2.54-acre tract in the Williams Addition
Survey, Abstract No. 21, and 0.17 acres consisting of a portion of Old 1460 Trail, a right-of-way of varying
width of record described to Williamson County, Texas, designation of initial zoning of General Commercial
(C-3) and Scenic/Natural Gateway Overlay, for the property generally located at 1051 Old 1460 Trail --
Sofia Nelson, Planning Director
Nelson presented the item including the Aerial Map, Future Land Use Map, Zoning Map, and Annexation
Process. She added that the annexation received Planning and Zoning (P&Z) approval at the April 23, 2019
meeting.
Mayor Ross opened the public hearing at 2:34 p.m. Mayor Ross closed the Public Hearing at 2:34 p.m. as there
were no speakers.
No action was required for this item.
Adjournment
Motion by Fought, second by Nicholson to adjourn the Special Meeting.
Approved 6-0 (Gonzalez absent).
Meeting adjourned at 2:34 p.m.
