EASEAENrs IN THE CITE OF GE(DR67ETOWN
WHEREAS heretofore the City of G-�()rgetown w.aa adVi3ed by its
engineers that there waa a need for certain drainaq*! easements in
order to carry out and effectuate a drainage plan for said City;
and
WHEREAS through engineering advise said plan has been
altered and changed so that there is no longer any nerd For three
of said easements; and
WHEREAS since there is no longer any need to utilize said
easainent3 in connection with said drainage plan it is appropriate
that the City's rights, titles and interests in said ea:3-:�m:ants be
restored in the Grantors of same:
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Gaorgetown that the Mayor of the City of Georgetown should be,
and he is, hereby authorized to sign a quitclaim Deed ae4ilitting
and releasing all of the City of Georgetown's rights, titles and
interests in and to the easements as follows:
