At the April Council meeting you approved McKinnery and Mooreon
to build a hanger only. Any other activity requires the Council approval.
Mr. Moore tells me that when he f lnishes his hanger, he wants to get a
mechanic for his own aircraft and when he is not busy on his aircraft to let
him work on other peoples planes; also, he may buy an airplane and fix it
up to sell. He wants to be legal with us and that is the reason for the request.

and I will try to get you an answer by the Council meeting.
