It shall be unlawful for any person participating in ativ parade, for which a pertr.it hereunder has been issued, to fail to comply with .all directions and conditions of said permit and all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations including by not limited to the following: (a) N,.,* person shall throw or distribute or cause to be thrown or distributcd any candy, gum, Prizes or>inv object of anv kind from any vehicle engaged in anv parade, whether such vehicle is moving or stationery, and no person shall throw any candy, gum, prizes or any object or cause the same to be done while walking in any Parade. Such items may be transferred from such percon directly into the hand of an observer of such parade. (b) 10 pvrson shall go from place to place and offer for sale any candy, gum. pries or ,any object of any kind or cause the same to be done along .am parade route or area adjacent thereto at any time from two hours before the be•cinning of such parade to 2 hours after such parade. Such items may sold from a stationary position so long as such positioning does not violate anv other applicable ordinances. (c) if any part of this amendatory Ordinance is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be void, or unconstutional the remaining portions shall not be effected but shall remain in full force and effect. this ordinance shall become effective upon its 2nd reading.
