POLICE PFtC7f'ECTICt1 Upon annexation the Georgetown Police Department will provide regular and routine patrols in the area as a part of its overall patrol activities. The department will respond to any calls for assistance. B. FT -PE SUMCE Fire service is now being provided to the area and will continue to be provided by the present personnel .and equipment of the fire fighting force. C. WATER SE.PVICE Water service will be provided upon installation and approval by the City of appropriate sized distribution lines in accordance with the City of Georgetown Subdivision regulations and will continue to be provided in accordanc.-e with rates, terms and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Code. D. SEWER SF.RVZCE Sir service will be provided upon installation and approval by t,!:e City of apFropriate sized collection lines in accordance with the City of Georgetown Subdivision regulations and will continue to be provided in accordance with rates, terms and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Code. E. RMUSE CO'..,LDCTICN Services will be provided upon annexation in accordance with rates, tenw and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Code. F. INSPECTICN SERVICES All inspection services (for exaM14 building electrical, plunbing, etc.) provided by the City will be extended to this area on the effective date of annexation. G. PLANNTNG AND ZCN rrs Zhe Planning & Zoning jurisdiction of the City will extend to this area on the effective date of this annexation. Rezoning is proposed from R -S (Single Family District) to I (Industrial District) unless requested otherwise. H. STRE MS Street maintenance will be provided upon installation by the developer after inspection, and acceptance by the City in accordance with the City of Georgetown Subdivision Regulations and will continue to be provided in accordance with terms and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Code. I. STREET LIGHTING, RECRFATICN, LIBRARY SERVICES Services will be provided upon annexation in accordance with tears and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Code. J. MISCMANEOUS Any other applicable municipal services will be provided to the area in accordance with policies established by the City of Georgetown. ,,r
