W11CFEAS, notices of such public hearings were published according
to law in a newspaper havi nq general circulation in the City of
Georgetown, Texas, and in the herein described territory to be annexed
cry the _28th Day of Octobe:r, 1984 for the first such hearing, which

WHEREAS, the Vopulation of the City of Georgetown, Texas is
1) 468 inhabitants; and
WHEREAS, all the herein described territory lies within the extra
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Georgetown, Texas; and
WPEPrAS, the herein describcd territory lies adjacent and contiguous
to the City of Georgetown, Texas; and
WHEPEAS, the herein describtA territory contains 47.81
acres; and `
WHEREAS, the owner of such property his requested annexation by
the City of Gvorgetown; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMC-11, OF THE; CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1. The following deascribe,d land and territory lying
adjacent and contiguous to the City of Georgotvwn, Texas is hereby
au:.icd and annexed to the City of Georclvtown,' Texas and said territory
Hereinafter described shall hereafter Le incli.idod in the boundary
limits of the City of Gcorgetown, Texas ar;ci the present boundary limits
of said City at the various V.oints contiguous to the area hereinafter
des^ribed are altered and amended so as to include said area within
the corporate limits of the City of Gcorgotown, Texas, to-wit:

in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference for all purposes.
Section 2.The above describe) territory and the area so annexed

City of Georgetown, Texas and inhabitants thereof shall be entitled

PLAN OF SERVICE FOR HYGEIA SUBDIVISION AND HORIZON COMMEXIAL PARK SUBDIVISICN
A. POLICE PFtC7f'ECTICt1
Upon annexation the Georgetown Police Department will provide regular and
routine patrols in the area as a part of its overall patrol activities. The
department will respond to any calls for assistance.
B. FT -PE SUMCE
Fire service is now being provided to the area and will continue to be provided
by the present personnel .and equipment of the fire fighting force.
C. WATER SE.PVICE
Water service will be provided upon installation and approval by the City of
appropriate sized distribution lines in accordance with the City of Georgetown
Subdivision regulations and will continue to be provided in accordanc.-e with
rates, terms and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Code.
D. SEWER SF.RVZCE
Sir service will be provided upon installation and approval by t,!:e City of
apFropriate sized collection lines in accordance with the City of Georgetown
Subdivision regulations and will continue to be provided in accordance with
rates, terms and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Code.
E. RMUSE CO'..,LDCTICN
Services will be provided upon annexation in accordance with rates, tenw
and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Code.
F. INSPECTICN SERVICES
All inspection services (for exaM14 building electrical, plunbing, etc.)
provided by the City will be extended to this area on the effective date of
annexation.
G. PLANNTNG AND ZCN rrs
Zhe Planning & Zoning jurisdiction of the City will extend to this area on
the effective date of this annexation. Rezoning is proposed from R -S (Single
Family District) to I (Industrial District) unless requested otherwise.
H. STRE MS
Street maintenance will be provided upon installation by the developer after
inspection, and acceptance by the City in accordance with the City of Georgetown
Subdivision Regulations and will continue to be provided in accordance with
terms and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Code.
I. STREET LIGHTING, RECRFATICN, LIBRARY SERVICES
Services will be provided upon annexation in accordance with tears and
conditions contained in the Georgetown City Code.
J. MISCMANEOUS
Any other applicable municipal services will be provided to the area in
accordance with policies established by the City of Georgetown.
