The following described land arid territory lying adjacent and contiguous to the City of Georgetown, Texas is hereby aJJcd and annexed to the City of Georgetown, Texas and said territory hereinafter described shall hereafter be included in the boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas and the present boundary limits of said City at the various points contiguous to the area hereinafter described are altered and amended so as to include said area within the corporate limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, to -wit BEING that certain tract and parcel of land described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purF,oses. The department will respond to any.calls for assistance. B. FIRE SEP.VICE Fire service is now being provided to the area and will continue to be provided by the present personnel.and egLupment of the fire fighting force. C. WATER SEPVTCE Water service will be provided upon installation and approval by the City of appropriate si.zod distribution lines in accordance with the City of Georgetown Subdivision regulations and will continue to be provided in accordance with rates. terms and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Code. D. SEWER S=CE Sewer service will be provided upon installation and approval by the City of appropriate sized collection lines in accordance with the City of Georgetown Subdivision regulations and will continue to be provided in accordance with rates, terms and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Cade. TCN SOMCES All inspection services (for example, building electrical, plumbing, etc.) provided by the City will be extended to this area on the effective date of annexation. G. PL7%NNING AND ZCNL'VG The Planning i Zoning jurisdiction of the City will extend to this area on' the effective date of this annexation. The zoninq will be R -S (Residential Single Family) except as noted on Exhibit "A" attached. H. S'1REETS Street maintenance will be provided upon installation by the developer after inspection, and acreptance by the City in accordance with the City of Georgetown Subdivision Regulations and will continue to be provided in accordance with. teams and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Cade.
