FINAL PLAT
RIVER RIDGE, SECTION TWO-C
BE 'TT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:'
That River Ridge Development Joint Venture, acting through its Managing
Partner Larry Grisham, owner of the hereon described subdivision to be
known as River Ridge, Section Two-C, is hereby authorized to file for
record in the office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas,
the plat of said subdivision attached hereto, and the County Clerk
cif Williamson County is hereby authorized to file for record this plat
of land.
The City of Georgetown assumes no liability for the engineering nor planning
of subdivider and by this authorization makes no representation regarding
such. By approving this plat, said City makes no representations regarding
the availability of City of Georgetown utilities.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 11th day of September, 1984.'

I, Pat Caballero, Secretary of the City of Georgetown, Texas, do hereby
certify that the subdivision, River Ridge Section Two-C, has been, approved
for filing of record according to the minutes of the meeting of the George-
town City Council on this 11th day of September, 1984, and further certify that
I have been furnished with written approval by the City's engineers, certified
to by the City Planning Department that the construction plans are approved.
