RESOLUTION CONCERNING ABANDONMENT OF UTILITIES EASEMENT
REGARDING LOTS 11 and 12, BLOCK 8, OAK CREST ESTATES,
RIVERSIDE UNIT.
WHEREAS, it has been made known to the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, that a request has been made by the
present owners of Lots 11 and 12, Block 8, Oak Crest Estates, Riverside
Unit, for abandonment by Williamson County of a certain utility easement
lying on the dividing line between Lots 11 and 12, Block 8 in said subdiv-
ision; and,
WHEREAS, said area is not within the city limits of the City of
Georgetown but is within the area being served by utilities by said
City; and
WHEREAS, it is advisable and appropriate for the City to make know to
said Williamson County its position on thi said abandonment request:
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown,
Texas, that it has no objection to the abandonment of such utility easement
lying between Lots 11 and 12 in Block 8 of said Oak Crest Estates, Riverside
Unit by Williamson County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 11th day of September, 1984.
