REGARDING LOTS 15 and 16, BLOCK 1, OAK CREST RANCHETTES
UNIT ONE
WHEREAS, it has been wade known to the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, that a request has been made
by the present owners of Lots 15 and 16, Block 1, Oak Crest Ranchettes'
Unit One, for abandonment by Williamson County of a certain utility
easement lying on the dividing line between Lots 15 and 16 in said
subdivision; and
WHEREAS, said area is not within the city limits of the City of
Georgetown but is within the area being served by utilities by said
City; and
WHEREAS, it is advisable and appropriate for the City to make known
to said Williamson County its position on the said abandonment request;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown,
Texas, that it has no objection to the abandonment of such utility -
easement lying between Lots 15 and 16 in Block l of said Oak Crest
Ranchettes Unit One by Williamson County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1984.
