OF FEBRUARY, 1968, AMENDING.A PART OFiTHE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
THE ORIGINAL ORDINANCE: TO°CHANGE.THE PROPERTY OF A. PAUL WILLIAMS
IN TEH CLEMENTS STUBBLEFIELD SURVEY ABSTRACT NO. 558 IN THE CITY
OF GEORGETOWN, FROM R -S, RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT TO C2A.
COMMERCIAL FIRST HEIGHT DISTRICT AS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH:
BE IR ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN C'TEXAS:,
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council-for•the
purpose of changing the zoning ordinance on the following described real estate:
Being Lots 7 and 8 in Block 5, and a part of Lot 6 in Block 5,
Glasscock Addition in City of Georgetown in Williamson County,.
Texas, and more fully described in attached field notes --

and WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed ehange in the

Zoning Ordinance to the City Planning Commission for.its,recommendation and
report;-and,-
WHEREAS,

WHEREAS, the City Council, -,.,before adopting this amendment to the Zoning!,:.
Ordinance, gave notice of such hearing by publishing same in a weekly newspaper
in the -City of Georgetown, Texas, which notice states the time and place of
hearing and which time was not earlier than fifteen days from the first day of
such publication; and,
WHEREAS, written notice was given to ally,the owners of the lotswithin
200 feet of the above described property as required by law; and.
WHEREAS, the City Planning,Commission has.recommended the changing of
said Zoning Ordinance on the above described property from RS, Residentail
Single Family,'District°to C2A Commercial First Height District,';which said.
meeting was held on the 3rd day,of July, 1984." '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by, the City ,.Council of the City of George-
town, Texas, that the Zoning`Ordinance, and'the Zoning Map of the City of
Georgetown, be, amended so' that the property 'described above :shall be and, the ,
same is hereby removed from RS, Residentail Single Family District.to C2A
Commercial First Height District.

the Office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, the plat of said
subdivision attached hereto, and the County Clerk of Williamson County, is
hereby authorized to file for record this plat of land.
The City of Georgetown assumes no liability for the engineering nor planning
of subdivider and by this authorization makes no representations regarding such.
By approving this plat, said City makes no representations regarding the
availability of City of Georgetown utilities.
