Called City Council Meeting

0 The City Council met in special session on the above date at 7:30 p.m. with
Mayor John C. Doerfler presiding. The following councilmen and officials
U were present: Kenneth Olson, William Shell, Lee Fulkes, Harry Gold,
City Manager Leo Wood, City Secretary W. L. Walden, and Community
Development Coordinator Jim Colbert. Others present were: Jim Eichelberger,
Oscar Holmes, Robert Duprey, Pete Boufford, Neal Alexander, Kirk Treible,
E. H. Fairburn, Jeannine Fairburn, Andy Prude, Fred Hilgerman, John Green,
Vivian Wood, Dean Libbee, Tommy Magness, Renee Hanson and Neill
Wilkerson.
Eastment Abandon- Motion by Shell and seconded by Gold to approve an Ordinance on
ment-Serenada first reading abandoning an easement between lots 7 and 8, Block 01 in the
East Unit II Serenada East Unit II Addition. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Beautification Motion by Shell and seconded by Fulkes to declare the week of
Committee September 24th thru September 28th as Fall Cleanup Week as requested by the
Georgetown Beautification Committee. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Master Plan Jim Colbert and Renee Hanson gave the final report on Sector 7 of the
Review Master Plan. Motion by Olson and seconded by Fulkes to approve the report
as the final report on Sector 7. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
There being no further business on a motion by Fulkes and seconded by
Shell the meeting adjourned.
