The City Council met in special session on the above
date at 4:00 p.m. with Mayor John Doerfler presiding.
The following councilmen and officials were present:
Harry Gold, William Shell, Carl Doering, Lee Fulkes,
Kenneth Olson, City Manager Leo Wood, City Secretary
W. L. Walden, City Inspector Tom Sams and Community
Develoment Coordinator Jim Colbert.
Petition- Motion by Shell and seconded by Gold to accept the
A. C. Weir petition from A. C. Weir requesting that the City of
City ETJ Georgetown extend its extraterritorial jurisdiction to
include approximately 12 acres out of the Joseph Thompson
Survey, Abstract No. 608 in Williamson County, Texas.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Ordinance- Motion by Gold and seconded by Doering to approve on
Extend ETJ- first and final reading, as an emergency, an Ordinance
A. C. Weir extending the City of Georgetown extraterritorial juris-
Property diction to include all of that certain tract of land
retained by A. C. Weir as his homestead.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
There being no further business on a motion by
Shell and seconded by Gold the meeting adjourned.
