Called City Council Meeting
The City Council met in special sessionron the above date at 4:10 p.m.
with Mayor Pro -Tem Harry Gold presiding. The following councilmen and officials
were present: Carl Doering, Lee Fulkes, William Shell, City Manager Leo Wood,
City Secretary W. L. Walden and Community Development Coordinator Jim Colbert.
Resolution -Urban Motion by Doering and seconded by Ful kes to adopt a Resolution authorizing
Development the Mayor to submit an application for Urban Development Action Grant Funds
Action Grant and to execute the program when approved. Motion carried by unanimous vote.

There being no further business on a motion by Shell and seconded by Fulkes
the meeting adjourned.
