The City Council met in special session on the above date at 5:55 p.m. with
Mayor Pro -Tem Harry Gold presiding. The following councilmen and officials
were Present: William Shell, Carl Doering, Lee Fulkes, Ken Olson, City
Manager Leo Wood, City Secretary W. L. Walden and Community Development
Coordinator Jim Colbert. Others present were: Neal Alexander and Mrs. Anna
Aiken.
Urban Development Motion by Doering and seconded by Shell to adopt a Resolution authorizing
Action Grant the Mayor to submit an application for Urban Development Action Grant Funds
Resolution and to execute the program when approved. Motion carried by unanimous vote.

There being no further business on a motion by Shell and seconded by
Olson the meeting adjourned.
