December 14, 1985
The City Council met in Special Session on the
above date at 7:00 PM with Mayor Carl Doering
presiding. The following Council Members and
Officials were present: Eb C. Girvin, Eill
Ti Connor, William C. Shell, Joan King, City
(� Secretary Pat Caballero, City Manager Frank
Reed, Director of Public Works Allyn Moore,
Q Community Development and Planning Director Ed
Q Farry and Police Chief Hugh Anderson III.
Council Member Jim Colbert was absent.
1. EXECUTIVE SESSION - VTCS ARTICLE 6252-17 SECTION 2(E) -
POSSIBLE LITIGATION
Mayor Doering announced that the council would
meet in executive under article 6252-17 section
2(e) Litigation. After the executive session the
meeting was again open to the public.
A. APPLE -CREEK No action taken on this matter.
2. COUNCIL/STAFF WORKSHOP
The council and staff held a workshop.
Adjourn Motion by Connor and second by King to adjourn.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
