SEPTEMBER 51 1985
T'. -,e C-ity Council met in Special Session on the
above date at 5:30 PM with Mayor Carl Doering
presiding. The following Council Members and
Officials were present: Eb C. Girvin, William C.
Shell, Joan King„ Jim Colbert, City Secretary
Pat Caballero, Finance and Administration
Director/Acting City Manager Frank Reed,
Tax/Finance Officer Earbara Raney, Accounting
Officer Diann Syme, Director of Public v orks
Allyn Moore, Community Development and Planning
Director Ed Barry and Transition Consultant
Renee Hanson. Council Member Bill Connor was
absent.
1. EXECUTIVE SESSION - PERSONNEL - V.T.C.S. ARTICLE 6252-17
SECTION 2 (G)
May -or Doering announced that the council would
meet in executive session under Art. 6252-17
Sec. 2 (g). After the executive session the
meeting was again oxen to the public.
2. ORDINANCE TO ACQUIRE ROADWAY EASEMENT - THOUSANDS OAKS VENTURE
- EMERGENCY READING
Motion by Girvin and second by King to adoi t on
an emergency reading an ordinance to acquire a
roadway easement related to Thousands Oaks
Venture. Motion carried by unanimous vote.

3. MISC. No action taken on this matter.
4. ADJOURN Motion by Colbert and second by Girvin to
adjourn. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
