The City Council met in Special Session on the
above date at 5:3G PM with Mayor Carl Doering
presiding. The following Council Members and
Officials were present: Eb C. Girvin, Bill
Connor, William C. Shell, Joan King, Jim Colbert
and City Secretary Pat Caballero.
1. EXECUTIVE SESSION - PERSONNXL - V.T.C.S. ARTICLE 6252-17

Mayor Doering announced that the council would
meet in executive session under Art. 6252-17
Sec. 2 (a). After the executive session the
meeting was again open to the l.ublic.
2. MISC. No action taken on this matter.
3. ADJOURN Motion by and second ry to adjourn. Motion
carried by unanimous vote. Time: 7:10
