August 21, 1985
The City Council met in Special Session on the
above date at 7:00 PM with Mayor Carl Doering
presiding. The following Council Members and
Officials were present: Eb C. Girvin, 'Bill
Connor, Joan King, Jim Colbert, and City
Secretary Pat Caballero. Council Member William
C. Shell was absent.
1. CITY MANAGER SELECTION PROCESS
Motion by Girvin and second by Connor to accept
Mayor Doering's and Council Member Joan Kings
proposed selection timetable and criteria.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION - PERSONNEL & LITIGATION - ARTICLE 6252-17

Mayor Doering announced that the council would

Sec. 2 (e) and(g). After the executive session
the meeting was again open to the public.
No action taken on this matter.
Motion by King and second by Connor to adjourn.
