1. BILLS OVER $2000.00
Motion by King and second by Connor to approve
the Bills over $2,000.00 as submitted by
Planning Director Renee Hanson. Motion carried
by unanimous vote.
2. RESOLUTION - PIPE LINE LICENSE WITH MKT RAILROAD
Motion by Girvin and second by King to adopt a
resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a pipe
line license with MKT Railroad. Motion carried
by unanimous vote. (Ordinance book #6, page )
3. RESOLUTION - AUTHORIZATION TO SIGN RIGHT OF ENTRY PERMIT WITH
MKT RAILROAD
Motion by Shell and second by King to adopt a
resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a right
of entry permit with the MKT Railroad. Motion
carried by unanimous vote. (Ordinance book #6,
page )
4. AREA 4 DRAINAGE BIDS
The council heard a report from Public Works
Director Allyn Moore that P & R Contractors were
unwilling to negotiate their bid for the Area 4
Drainage Project. Moore recommended that there
original bid of 256,725.10 be accepted. Motion
by King and second by Shell to accept the
recommendations of Moore and accept the P & R
bid as originally proposed. Motion carried by
unanimous vote.
5. BUDGET WORKSHOP
The Council engaged in a Budget Workshop.
6. EXECUTIVE SESSION - PERSONNEL - ARTICLE 5252-17 SECTION 2(G)
Mayor Doering announced that the council would
meet in executive session under Art. 6252-17
Sec. 2 (g). After the executive session the
meeting was again open to the public.
7. HIRE CONSULTANT
Motion by Shell and second by Connor to
authorize Mayor Carl Doering to sign a contract
with Renee Hanson for consultant work. Motion
.carried by unanimous vote.
8. MISC. No action taken on this matter.
9. ADJOURN Motion by King and second by Shell to adjourn.
