The City Council met in Sr,ecial Session on the
above date at 5:30 PM with Mayor Carl Doering
presiding. The following Council Members and
Officials were present: Eb C. Girvin, Bill

Connor, William C. Shell, Joan King, Jim
Colbert, City Secretary Pat Caballero, City
Manager Leo Wood, Finance and Administration
Director/Temporary Assistant City Manager Frank
Reed, Tax/Finance Officer Barbara Raney,
Accounting Officer Diann Syme, Director of
Public Works Allyn Moore, Public Works
Supervisor W. L. Walden, Community Development
and Planning Director Ed Barry, Fire Chief Les
Bunte and Temporary Police Chief Charles Rhine.
1. BUDGET WORKSHOP
At this time the Council engaged in a Budget
Workshop.
2. MISC. No action taken on this matter.
3. ADJOURN Motion by Shell and second by Connor to
adjourn. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
