Shell Dear Mayor and City Counci l: It is the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission after many months of review and study that the Utility Rebate Ordinance to subdividers be abolished. We further request that you consider a permanent Park Fund be established. It is our feeling that this could be made possible by the City contributing monies into the Park Fund that would ordinarily be paid to subdividers through the Rebate Ordinance.
