The City Council met in called session with Mayor Jay C. Sloan presiiiing.

The following Councilmen and officals were present, Hubert Brock, J. D.
Wininger, Harry Gold, Joe Crawford, City Manager Leo Wood, Asst. laity
Manager Claud Eads, Ernest Lincoln, Bill Sterling with The Austin American,
Miley Robbins, Architect Roger Erickson, kill Buchanan and Skip Mills.
Transformer
Motion by Gold and seconded by Wininger that the bid for 70 trans -
Bids
formers with taps be awarded to RT&E Corporation in the amount of 616,907.00.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Two -Way
'lotion by Brock and seconded by Crawford that two-way radio bid in the

amount of 2596.00 be awarded to 11CA. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Housing
Lrnest Lincoon presented to the Council a check in the amount of
Authority
$802.01 in lieu of taxes, of annual payment for the (lousing Authority.
Taxes
Motion by AVininger and seconded by Gold that 90% of the check of $802.01
in lieu of taxes be given back to Stonehaven Center. 'lotion carried by
unanimous vote.
Police Station
:.lotion by Brock and seconded by Uold that plans for the Police Station
bid
be accepted as presented by Roger Erickson. Mayor 51,an set bid opening
date as November 23, 1970, at 5:00 P.M.
East Lynn
Mayor Sioan suggested that Manager Wood draw up annexation plan for
Addition
Last Lynn Addition to be studied at our next meeting.
There being no further business on a motion by Brock and seconded by
Wininger the meeting adjourned.
