Fire
A fire cracker ordinance was read by Mayor Pro -Tem Brock on the
Cracker
recommendation of the ;volunteer fire department. Motion by Wininger
Ordinance
and seconded by Crawford that the ordinance be passed. Motion carried by
unanimous vote. See Ordinance Book - Page No. 207.
Williamson
Dr. Bryson with the Williamson County Health Department requested the
Co. Health
Council to increase cash contribution to the Williamson County Health Unit
Unit
from $3,360.00 to 64,041.00 for this coming fisical year. No action was taken.
Police Station
Council man Gold with the Police Building Committee, stated that he

felt the Police Station should be built on the same site it is presently
built, Councilman Crawford agreed. This was the full committee report.
btotion by Gold and seconded by Wininger that Roger Ericson, Architect
for the project, combine the plans for the police and fire station to-
gether and begin taking proper action. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
First
Motion by Eanes'and seconded by Gold that the bill from First South -
Southwest
west Company idthe amount of ii6,610.55, for the commission on the sale of
Bill
$400,000.00 revenue bonds series 1970, be approved and paid. 'Motion carried
by unanimous vote.
Budget
Manager Leo Wood presented his annual operating budget for the year
1970-71 to the council for review and approval. Motion by Eanes and seconded
by Gold that the budget be approved and accepted. Motion carried by unanimous
vote.
There being no further business on a motion by Lanes and seconded by
Wininger the meeting adjourned.
