July 27, 1970
The City Council met in called session on the above date with Mayor
Pro -Tem Hubert 11. Brock presiding. The following Councilmen and officials
were present, William It. Lanes, !Harry Gold, Joe Crawford, J. D. Wininger,
City Manager Leo Wood, Asst. City Manager Claud Eads, City Attorney Joe
B. McMaster, Dr. Bryson with Williamson County health Unit, Skip Mills
with the Williamson County Sun, and Bill Buchanan with KGTN.
Capital Motion by ltiininger and seconded by Gold that the City enter into a
Aviation lease contract for Hanger ##3 at the Airport, with Capital Aviation of
Contract Austin. See Airport file for contract. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Alvin Braun Alvin Braun's request to rent land near the auction to construct
holding pens for stock was tabled and is to be considered at a later date,
when Mr. Braun can be present.
