The following councilmen and officials were present: William It. Lanes, Harry Gold, Thihert Brock, 'Doyle Lyda, A. F. Davis, and Assistant City 5.fanal*er Claud had,;. Others present were: Miss Irene Henderson, Mrs. Herbert Baker and hill Cox. Electric Letter from !qtr. Walker in regards to his fee for rate study was dis- hate Study cussed. Council felt that since his rate study had not been used that Vr. Walker was not due any compensation for his services. I.O.O. F. Councilman Gold stated that a meeting; with Mr. David Lng,elrian and Davis Uldg. officials of the State Library board to discuss the status of the I.O.O.F. Lodge Building was to be held January 6, 1969 in regards to using the building for the Georgetown Area Public Library. See copy of letter in file. Urban Renewal Mayor Sloan read letter of resignation of Rodney Montomgery Rodney Montgomery from Urban Renewal board, effective December 23, 1968. Trailer Council requested that letters be written to all occupants of House trailer houses now in city limits that are in violation of trailer (Letter) ordinance, asking them to move trailers. Bill Cox Council interviewed Bill Cox from San 'Marcos for the position of Lanager city manager. No action was taken.
