The City Council met on the above date in called session with
Jay C. Sloan presiding. The following councilmen and officials were
present: William It. Lanes, Harry Gold, Thihert Brock, 'Doyle Lyda,
A. F. Davis, and Assistant City 5.fanal*er Claud had,;. Others present
were: Miss Irene Henderson, Mrs. Herbert Baker and hill Cox.

Transmix Letter written to-Transmix was discussed in reference to 6 inch
water line on Leander Road to serve Phillips Petroleum Company and
Transmix Company. See copy of letter in file.
Urban Renewal Mayor Sloan read letter of resignation of Rodney Montomgery
Rodney Montgomery from Urban Renewal board, effective December 23, 1968.
Trailer Council requested that letters be written to all occupants of
House trailer houses now in city limits that are in violation of trailer
(Letter) ordinance, asking them to move trailers.
Bill Cox Council interviewed Bill Cox from San 'Marcos for the position of
Lanager city manager. No action was taken.
