dealt with dust and lighting in areas on west side of city. The light-
ing situation in the Stonehaven area was discussed. Manager stated that
a light would be installed on northwest corner of Stonehaven off of
Hart street.
G. Watkins Construction of streets for Grady Watkins in Gabriel Heights
Subdivision subdivision was discussed. It was determined by the city council
(Parker) that Clay Street and that portion of Park Lane extending between George-
town Inn and Sinclair Service Station was a part of the developers
plans, accepted by the city with the understanding that Parker would
complete these streets as he has the rest of the streets in the sub-
division. Council also agreed that no more could be done for Mr.
Watkins than had been done for other developers.
Wm. County Motion by Lanes and seconded by Brock that contributions to William -

carried by unanimous vote.
