Dear Mr. Eyeington:
To follow up our conversation in regard to making College Avenue
between Stat Street and University Avenue a one-way street with traffic
going south, I discussed the matter with Air. Otto I,ontrlois, Superin-
tendent of Schools.
After a thorough study of the traffic situation on College Avenue,
we concluded that traffic hazards would be tremendously minimized if
College Avenue were made a one-way street between 8th Street and
University Avenue.
If we can be of further assistance in the matter, please call us.
Sincerely yours,
