Sloan presiding. The following Councilmen and officials were present: Edward Lee rvans, '.rilliam It. Eanes, A. !r. Iioyt, Jr., Hubert Brock, City Manager Charles 1). Job to be completed in 130 calendar days. Motion carried by unanimous vote. Laubach Mr. It. S. Elliott stated that he had made a verbal Agreement agreement with `V. W. Laubach to trade the land at Old dump Dump ground consisting of 0.438 acres for approximately the same Ground amount of land in City of Georgetown to be used as streets for Public Housing Authority, with the understanding Mr. Laubach would use city electrical services at Cave near the old dump around. Motion by Eanes and seconded by lloyt that Mayor Jay C. Sloan be authorized to sign contract of X168,970.00 with Austin Engineering company of Austin, Texas to construct 'Vater and Sewer improvement project. Motion carried by unanimous vote. Airport Motion by Evans and seconded by Brock that �,lanager Contract ^yeington present the following proposition to J. L. Janetsky in regard to leasing the Georgetown Airport. Mr. Janetsky to pay ;;100.00 per month lease for two residences, Administration building, Old hangar (known as shop), T Hangars. Janetsky to pay lights on hangars and two residences. Lease to be for 6 months, non renewal, not transferrable. Contract to be effective as of July 1, 1966. Motion carried by unanimous vete. Laubach In view of fact that original agreement with lir. Laubach Mump to trade Old Dump ground land for land in city to be used by Ground Public IIousing Authority was not consumated as Housing Authority purchased land from lir. Laubach. Motion by Evans and seconded by Eanes that Manager Fyeington offer to sell 0.438 acres at Old Dump grounds at a price of 1;1,809.41 per acre, the above price represents amount Mr. Laubach received from Public Housing A Authority.
