The Council met in called session on the above date, Mayor Jay
C. Sloan presiding. The following councilmen and officials were
present: Eanes, Hoyt, Brock, Lyda, Evans, City Manager Charles D.
Eyeington and City Secretary Claud Eads.
Shell Shell easement on river bluff was discussed.
Easement It was decided that Mayor Sloan, City Manager Eyeington and
City Attorney Joe McMaster would meet with the Shells to come to
an agreement concerning this easement.
Proposed budget was discussed.
There being no further busin
Hoyt meeting adjourned.
