The City Council met in regular session on the above date,
Mayor R. S. Elliott presiding. The following Councilman and
officials were present: Jay C. Sloan, A. W. Hoyt, Jr., Hubert
Brock, Doyle Lyda, Edward Lee Evans, Charles D. Eyeington,
City Manager, Claud Eads, City Secretary, Joe B. McMaster,
City Attorney, Curtis B. Adrian with First Southwest Company In-
vestment Bankers, and John Cardwell with Williamson County Sun.
Minutes of the last regular council meeting on January
17, and special meetings on January 24, February 1 and February
7 were approved as presented. Motion by Evans and seconded by
Brock that General Fund bills in amount of $976.07 be approved
and paid as presented.
Mr. Adrian discussed the voting procedure for holding
the bond election.
There being no further business, on motion by Hoyt and
second by Lyda meeting adjourned.
