April 4, 1957
The City Council met in a called session on the above date to hear the report
of William F. Guyton and Associates on the water situation. Mayor J.T.Atkin
presiding. The following were present, Alderman J.H.Compton, Ralph Freund
Elmer kredericson, Kennis Wilcox Jr, and A.C.Woodfin, City Manager Lee C. Black
Assistant Manager H.A.Partain, General Superintendent L.G.Glover , Water
Superintendent J.D.Tinning, Electric Superintendent Claudia Mayo, Visitors
Were Paul Hinderlang from the Chamber Of Commerce, Don Scarborough from the
Williamson County Sun, and Mr Ralph A. Scalapino representing William F
Guyton and Associates.

On motion of Aldirman Fredericson and seconded by Aldo Compton Manager Lee C.
Black was authorized to contact drillers in regards to drilling a pilot
well in the vicinity of San Gabriel Part.
There being no further buisness to transact the Council adjourned.
