FROM TIMBER STREET WEST TO THE ABANDONED GNRR RIGHT -OF -WAX A)"U
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED' FROM THE 1I:,Y
OF GEORGETOWN TO THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY ADJOINING SAID
ABANDONED ALLEYWAY AND PROVIDING FOR THS RESERVATION OF CERTAIN
UTILITY EASEMENTS AND THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF 0TH"OR UTILITY
EASEMENTS ON ADJOINING PROPERTY, SAID EASEMENTS BEING F^R THE
INSTALLATION, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SAID UTILI'T'Y EASEMSP-TS.
WHEREAS Jay L. Wolf of Georgetown, Texas, and t; s---Mrnn
Catholic Diocese of Austin, are the owners of said land ad j c .. a : n y
the alleyway hereby abandoned, and

For the abandonment of said alleyway and
WHOREAS the said alleyway has not been used by they public i -I

SE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that such Quitclaim Deed to "tee

recitals showing that the owners of the adjoining traits
acknowledge the existence of certain utility easements vests, in
said City in such adjoining landd as well as the right of the-;-L":�:
of Georgetown to repair, replace, remove, relocate and mai.rlt;h 11

Georgetuwn is hereby authorized and directed to execute Quitclaim
Deed on behalf of the City of Georgetown conveying all of said
City's rights, titles and interests in and to . said alleyway, SAVE
AND EXCGR:" the utility easements more particularly described
above aguiti.ng to he respective property owners that portion of
the alleyway ` vunded by their property as provided in V. A. C.
S., Article 3016 relative :o the property as follows:
